• delays or failures to perform.

The Lott disclaims all implied terms including but not limited to merchantability and non-infringement.

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

The Lott reserves its right at any time and without cause, liability or prior notice to:

• terminate these Terms;
• suspend or restrict access to the Services.
